It would seem that EVERYONE wants to live in Florida, especially when the winter months can be the most brutal. But aside from that there are many reasons but the reason why I think you might be interested is because you want something better. It's one thing to enjoy the fun and the sun. It's another thing to decide on your next business move and this is the way to do it.
I have always wondered how the rich have become even richer. Not everyone is winning lottery. Not everybody has a rich parent who simply hands them the money. A lot of times I find people have to earn their keep and that they appreciate it even more.

If you don't remember anything, remember that it takes money to make money and if you are buying into a wealthy community do you think you are going to wind up poor? You won't. This is all cyclical. They don't want foreclosures in their area so you are essentially 'helping them' and at the same time you are helping yourself. You see how this works?
Study this list. Pick from any of these 25 areas and make plans for your new chapter and then repeat. There are ways of doing things and this is one of the best ways to get wealthy.
